Customers can find help and advice on things like moving home and meter reading from the customer services line. There is also free advice on energy efficiency, and to help customers improve and reduce their bills Scottish Power is trialing Smart Meters in some homes.

Scottish Power offers its customers a range of additional customer services, including a help line and free online advice on energy efficiency and boiler servicing.

Other services include home insulation and a free home heat helpline for customers struggling to pay their bills.
