Your new boiler will be over 90% energy efficient, saving you around £235** each year on your fuel bills. Plus you will be reducing your annual carbon emissions by around 1.26** tonnes.
What’s more, if you do it through British Gas, you could save a further £852 – that’s £1,252* off a new A-Rated replacement boiler.

Make a note of your boiler’s make and model, and use our Sedbuk Efficiency Table to determine how energy efficient it is or click here.

Get a Quote from a Boiler Installer
You need to have a quote before you can claim £400 from the Boiler Scrappage Scheme.

Contact the Energy Saving Trust
Once you have your free quote, contact the Energy Saving Trust or request your voucher directly by e-mail and filling in the appropriate details.
Once you have claimed your voucher, wait until at least 18th January 2010. Vouchers will start to be sent out after 18th January 2010. Do NOT get your boiler installed before you receive your £400 voucher otherwise the voucher will be deemed invalid.
