These should only be considered under exceptional circumstances where a high efficiency condensing boiler cannot be installed. Ideal’s standard efficiency boilers carry the SEDBUK D energy efficiency rating, which means that over 80% of the fuel used is converted to heat. There are three models to choose from which can be wall hung or floor standing:

• Mini C
• Mini S
• Classic SE

Although most combi boilers are suited for smaller homes where heating and hot water demands are lower, Ideal has cleverly designed their combi boilers to cater for larger homes too. Their innovative Isar HE boiler, for example, can comfortably meet the heating and hot water demands of a three or four bedroom house. There are five Ideal combi boiler models to choose from:

Ideal’s system boilers are compact, stylish and modern. Their simple yet reliable engineering makes them easy to install, service and maintain. The Icos HE is the only available high efficiency boiler in this range. There are two models available:
